Clement Mugala PhD
Clement is a chartered accountant and economist with vast experience in fields of accounting, auditing and consulting, which spans over 40 years, serving in several capacities as Chief Executive Officer, Board Member and Director of Finance in public and private companies and has practised as an audit professional with Coopers & Lybrand International, Stephen Ernest Chartered Accountants and AMG Global Chartered Accountants. He has also consulted widely in project and structured finance, organisational development, strategic and business planning, transaction adviser and performed other related advisory services.
Clement, who is a Partner of AMG Global Zambia, and Managing Consultant for AMG Global Consult, is widely regarded as a leading Business Consultant and Audit Professional in Zambia. He has consulted widely in Zambia, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Canada. He is also a regular speaker at conferences on such subjects as strategic planning, business planning, organisational development and financial management.
He holds professional accounting qualifications from the United Kingdom, Canada and Zambia and has a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Master in Business Administration.
